 I have gone through all the manuals, but to no avail.
 Before I resort to something drastic are there means
 for queuing SIGNALS. By this I mean that, if a process
 is in a signal handler activated by a signal - say SIGTSTP
 how can I record the fact more than one SIGTSTP is pending.
 I am quite sure that this can't be done.
