I recently compiled ksh88 on a DECstation running Ultrix 4.0 ... it took
a couple of minor tweeks, but nothing too bad.

However, using vi and viraw mode, I'm having problem with type-ahead.
Basically it doesn't work well.  It seems to get saved until an output
buffer fills and gets flushed.

Anybody have this experience or suggestions?
