Message-ID: <120.270c64c9@inland.com> Date: 5 Oct 90 10:47:37 GMT Organization: Inland Steel Research Labs; East Chicago, IN Lines: 20 On VMS DECwindows, there is a way to replace the logo that is displayed while the session manager is waiting for someone to login. On our VMS machines, we display our company logo instead of the |D|I|G|T|A|L. How do I do this for Ultrix DCEwindows? I did a `strings' on /usr/bin/Xprompter and tried a few things but none of them seemed to work. I saw strings like ".LogoProgramName" and "-logopgm" but I'm not sure what to do with them. A friend who has access to DEC's ISV board thought he saw something about this there in the Ultrix but he didn't pay a lot of attention. Please Email responses and I'll summarize. --- Tom Tom Allebrandi | Vice-char and mail guru, VMSnet WG, DECUS VAX SIG Inland Steel Research Labs | Internet: allebrandi@inland.com East Chicago, IN | UUCP: ...!uunet!inland!allebrandi 219 399 6306 | DECUServe: allebrandi BIX: ta2
