There are some people here who, for reasons best not discussed, want to
be able to run xperfmeter to see how some DECstations running Ultrix 4.x
are running.  To do this, we need to run the equivalent of 
/usr/etc/rpc.rstatd on Suns.  DEC doesn't supply this with Ultrix, so
I'm looking for a freely obtainable source.

Please note that this is not a request for /usr/etc/rpc.statd (on Ultrix
it's /usr/etc/statd), which is something completely different.
