I want to run Windows in the 800x600 modes. I'm not really interested in higher resolution than that because I've heard it can slow down the machine considerably. I have an ATI VGA Wonder 512 video card. I've been considering the following monitors: Goldstar 1460 Samsung 1481 or 1487 Seiko 1440 I know these are interlaced monitors, but I really can't justify spending more than $500 for a monitor right now. Does anyone have any info on the quality/reliability/performance of these models / brands? If you know of a better one in the <$500 range please let me know. Thanks, Dan Kuster dmk@lcuxlf.ATT.COM 201-580-4919
