Okay ! I just got to say this. Give praise where praise is due.

I called Microsoft on Monday asking for the Windows 3.0 SDK supplemental
complier utilities. Today, on Wednesday noon time, the disks are here
in Ft. Collins. Now, I would say that is very good for customer support.
