First, I *have* used the paradise drivers at 1024x768, and they work
fine. The fonts become pretty small, but the driver set from their BBS
notes a fix which I haven't tried.

Second, to the best of my knowledge, the drivers on
cica.cica.indiana.edu are older drivers (I can't confirm this), but
they work fine in both 800x600 as well as 1024x768. If those drivers
are the old drivers, then they *don't* have the information about
using a different font.
