You only need one set of VGA drivers for >800 x 600 16 colors, 640 x 480 256 colors, and 1024 x 768 16 color modes. First, I *have* used the paradise drivers at 1024x768, and they work fine. The fonts become pretty small, but the driver set from their BBS notes a fix which I haven't tried. Second, to the best of my knowledge, the drivers on cica.cica.indiana.edu are older drivers (I can't confirm this), but they work fine in both 800x600 as well as 1024x768. If those drivers are the old drivers, then they *don't* have the information about using a different font. kartik -- Anant Kartik Mithal akm@cs.uoregon.edu Network Manager, (503)346-4408 (msgs) Department of Computer Science, (503)346-4156 (direct) University of Oregon, Eugene, OR 97403-1202
