I know that it is a pretty simple editor with some emacs feel to it. 1.) Is the "emacs" feel of xedit a part of text widgets in general? Will I find the same key bindings in other applications that use text widgets? 2.) How do I alter or add to the xedit configuration? The man page says something about a binding file .XtActions and implies that the .XtActions file is included with the X11 release. I've not found it. (If someone is willing to e-mail me a copy of their .XtActions file for an example I'd sure appreciate it.) 3.) Is there a way to cause tab characters to show up when I type them in? The way xedit is set up on my machine, a tab character is inserted in the text and shows up when the file is printed, but the cursor does not move when I am in xedit.
