Does somebody here known about PBM (Portable Bitmap format (c) Jef Poskanzer)
and the PBM toolkit. 
This toolkit should permit conversions from PBM to PICT,....

I 've heard that this toolkit is public domain AND, that it is provided with X11

I am not a Wizard in X11 so may you help me finding this tool please? ...
