Since we now appear to be comparing shelltool and xterm, does someone know why
underlining doesn't work in shelltool?  Works fine in xterm and it is defined
in /etc/termcap for sun-cmd (because it's defined for sun) in the us and ue
capabilities.  Is this a bug or just an intentional omission?
