With this knowledge, I ask you to recomend what to do with a client who wants to have a Rehab. Plan developed so s/he can work in this new government agency and the Rehab Counselor says this is not a reasonable goal. Just a thought. Here is a potential for government supervised training, do we need to get fed. regs. to set min. standards around the country?
