They buy from all of the music presses in Europe so if you need to borrow music, that's the place to go. As for a program which would translate music into Braille for the ibm, several people have talked about doing it but it would be quite a project. There is not, to my knowledge, such a program. If anyone else knows of one I'd be glad to be proven wrong on this as I'd love such a program.
