The National Library Service for the blind and physically handicapped, 
Library of Congress, Washington, dc 20542 has a very good collection of 
Braille music for a variety of instruments as well as vocal and choral 
music.  They buy from all of the music presses in Europe so if you need 
to borrow music, that's the place to go.  As for a program which would 
translate music into Braille for the ibm, several people have talked 
about doing it but it would be quite a project.  There is not, to my 
knowledge, such a program.  If anyone else knows of one I'd be glad to be 
proven wrong on this as I'd love such a program.  Well, hope that was of 
some help.
