I have been unsuccessfully trying to locate Brian Clark for some time
now.  The address I was able to obtain from The Audio Amateur is no
longer good- anybody have something newer:

Old: Brain Clark
     1500 Chicago Ave, #210
     Evanston, Ill.  60201

Brian is the author of several publications on modifying and
constructing tube pre-amps.
