recently a friend's mother made this mexican (?) dish,
which i found delicious. unfortunately, i employed
my fabulous lack of sense and forgot to ask the 
recipe. well, now i'm out of touch, and would 
like to have it. so would anyone who does have
it please post/e-mail it? i'd be thankful!
