All Saabs have this wiring, so when
 the ignition is turned off && headlights are on
    all lights are turned off.
 the ignition is turned off && parking lights are on
    the parking lights stay on

This is one reason why you will frequently see Saabs with their headlights
on, when the sun is shinning. There is no need to turn them off at
night and you forget about them the next day.
