What is the "best" charging procedure for lead-acid batteries or gel-
cells, in terms of battery life?  For example, for a 12 volt, 10
amp-hour battery, what kind of charging current is allowed?  How do
you know when the battery is charged?  Is overcharging harmful?
Is a simple constant-voltage power supply effective (and safe) to
use for charging purposes?
