Since some of you dont have ftp access I've set it up so you can request
phrack and other related materials via mail.  To get started mail 
pirate@uiuc.edu and include the following lines in the body of the letter:

sendto <your full e-mail address goes here>
send filelist
send help

and you'll recieve a help file on using the mailserver and a list of files
currently available for request.  Have phun!
