MG and three SCL support procedures are contained in the NVENCoded object library MG_LIB_NVENC. Use NVEDEC to decode this file on your NOS/VE machine, and then add the resulting object library to your command list. Unlike a previous version of MG that required VX/VE in order to run, this version is for standard NOS/VE. NVENC/NVDEC are available in the NOS/VE UTILITIES subcatalog on ANONYMOUS. MG was ported from the UNIX System V version, compiled using the C/V2 compiler and then bound along with the C/V2 runtime libraries. I hope this will allow MG to run on any NOS/VE machine, whether or not you have C/V2. If not, please send mail to Stephen.O.Lidie@CDC1.CC.Lehigh.EDU. FTP to CDC1.CC.Lehigh.EDU (128.180.2.7), User Name ANONYMOUS and Password GUEST, CD to NOS_VE.APPLICATIONS.MICRO_GNU_2A , fetch all the files in that catalog, and read the file READ_ME to install and use MG on your NOS/VE system. Please let me know how things go. Steve
