I have got the ok to start a tandy 6000 archive.  It will be ftp only
since there are already mail servers.  I havn't made the directories 
yet but you may want to take a look-see anyways so this is the address:

plains.nodak.edu or 134.129.111.64

login: anonymous
password: `your name`

I will post again when things start actually looking like an archive,
also with directions on how I may send files through the mail myself.
