We are in search of a viable method of estimating relational database
development.  In particular, we are trying to determine what metrics
or countable entities/properties are meaningful to track in order to
better bid future jobs.  If anyone has attacked this problem
successfully, or even taken a stab...we would be most anxious to learn
of your progress.
