I wonder which company developed the computer software for
US Air and what computer they are using. I joined US Air's
frequent traveler's program and have made four trips since
then. Each time I was told that the trip was recorded in
their computer but at last, it turned out that only one the
four trips was actually in their record. When you call them,
quite likely you'll be told they are having a computer
problem and cannot do anything relating to your account.

I'd really like to know the reason for this failure and I'll
try my best to avoid them in future.
