	I called the 800 number for the California PUC on Tuesday 10/9
and asked for information about the recent ruling on COCOTs.  After a
little delay I got a very helpful woman who held me on the line while
she xeroxed a copy of the press release for me and then took my
address and promised to send it right out.

	It took me a couple times before I got through.  At any rate,
I'm waiting until I get the press release and read it over before I go
out on a COCOT hunt.
