I am trying to install emacs 18.55 on a Sun Sparcstation using make and
the makefiles that come with the 18.55 distribution.  I have also tried
the build-install script in the emacs main (top level) directory.

At the point in the installation when temacs is run (i.e; temacs -batch
-l inc-vers) a segmentation fault occurs and the installation fails.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?  Thanks in advance...
