I need the Mode_def for an AST TurboLaser/Plus 3 which (I believe) uses the
Ricoh 4080 print engine.  If you don't have one, any write_white mode_def 
would be appreciated.  Looking in ythe TeXHax archives I found one that 
is for a write_white engine, but in the comments it said that you had to have
a specially modified plain.mf file, modified as specified in TUGBoat 1/87.
Unfortunately, I am not a member of TUG and my library doesn't carry TUGBoat,
so if someone could fill me in, I would appreciate it.  Thanks.
