Keywords:Gemini VGA I have a couple of questions about VGA graphics-cards. I have deducedthat what graphics driver U need for a certain card depends only on what bios and controller chip U have on the card. (Please correct me if I'm wrong.) It also seems to me that a number of manufacturers use the same confoguration of the above. Is there anyone out there who knows what manufacturers use the Gemini VGA circuit and bios. A list of addresses of those manufacturers or retailers (preferably in Sweden or Europe or whatever U may have). The card I have is a Hong Kong one (at least that's where it's bought) with 512k on it that is supposed to support 1024*768 with 16 colors. Am i wrong if I say that I ought to get more than 4 colors in 640*480 ? Does this possibly depend on the driver I have? I have installed Windows 3.0 with standard VGA driver and I hate those horrible pseudo colors with dots of different colors in them. Does anyone have or know where I can get a summary of possible VGA-type resolution/colors and whan it demands in memory. Please reply with email. Thanx in advance. Hans Lindberg
