I've looked through the lists of newsgroups and mailing lists in news.lists,
and haven't seen anything discussing use of CD-ROMs.  (rec.music.cd is 
just audio CDs.)  Is there such a group (alt.cdrom?) or list out there?
If so, I (and at least one other person) would be interested in it.  Is anyone
else?  

I realize the topic could and may have come up in any of these groups, but
I recently looked through them all and found almost nothing.

Note that followups are directed back to me; mail me if you want a followup or
summary in a certain group.
