This version of the library is described by our book "Data Abstraction and Object-Oriented Programming in C++" by Keith Gorlen, Sandy Orlow, and Perry Plexico, published by John Wiley and Sons. The software distribution kit may also be ordered from the publisher on two 5-1/4" MS-DOS format diskettes containing UNIX shell archives.
