Some pointers to gaps in the posted products list:

ET++ is available via aftp from faui43.informatik.uni-erlangen.de
(131.188.1.43), subdirectory portal/net/et++. Big. No cfront2.0.

EC++ as well. Needs g++. Preprocessed lines gigantic. Small package &
very interesting, but no good for production.

For those interested in Math.h++, maybe try RWVector2.2 on sperm.ocean.
washington.edu. (128.95.252.7). (Rogue, please don't kill me 8)

FIELD from BrownU is NOT PD. They implement a semi-anonymous ftp scheme,
see the Readme & CopyrightNotice files on 128.148.32.66. Needs X11R4,
and suns. The complicated access procedure is definitely worth it.
