Sorry if this question has been asked a million times before, but:

Can someone recommend a good book on the C language? I am interested
in learning C, especially graphics applications. I have access to a
Microsoft V6.0 compiler, if that makes a difference.

Thanks much. I would appreciate e-mail responses if possible, as I
won't get to read this group as often as I would like.
