Virtually all our work is done in the technical sessions, where all are
welcome to discuss and even vote.  Only when consensus is reached in this
"free for all" technical forum are issues forwarded to the TC where formal
voter's rules apply.

Please do come!  Your contributions will be very helpful!

Unfortunately, most of us are camera shy, and we previously voted not to allow
recording.

Sorry it took me so long to get that turned around Brad, September was an
exceptionally bad month for me (in fact, things really haven't lightened up
yet :-(.  Anyway, I'm glad she could get a reply back to youu before the
meeting.
