Are you volunteering to type them all in Doug (90% are in hand written form or
significantly modified within the TC)?  We are having enough trouble getting
just the BASIS done (which I have to upload yet tonight :-).  IMHO, it is
unreasonable to put an even greater burden on the TC's efforts.  However, if
someone feels ambitious, I'm pretty sure the TC would not have any problem
with it.
