Does anyone have a program that will add banners at the top and bottom of
the page in a postscript file.  I need to be able to add these banners to
postscript files created with xsnap or xprint.  If you don't have code to
do this, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Please take into
account that I know absolutely nothing about Postscript.
