Hi Folks.  We are looking for the BiCMOS technology file from MOSIS
and to this point we have gotten the LOW_NOISE_ANALOG file from them
but to my dismay there doesn't seem to be bipolar transistor model 
included. (parameters actually)  Am I missing something?  Wrong location?
Any help would be appreciated.
