I'm writing a Windows 3.0 application with SDK.  I need to save an image
in TARGA file format so I can import the image in Aldus PageMaker and
also some other software packages.  I know the actual image bits are
3 bytes in TARGA format: R, G, B for 8 bits per pixel data image.  What 
is the specification for the file header, info header and so on ????
