He will be missed. I personally will always regret having never had the
opportunity to attend a performance that he conducted. His compositions,
conducting, and enthusiasm for music served as an inspiration to me, as
I'm sure they did to many others. One can only be happy for him that he
did not suffer with his infirmity for long.
