Lines: 18 I need print buffer software which handles XON-XOFF flow control with a serial printer for an IBM compatible, specifically an AT&T 6300. It seems hardware print buffers are not to be found anymore, unless you want to pay Black Box's outrageous prices. I feel in my bones that there must be half a bazillion utility packages out there which perform buffering, but they must do XON-XOFF. Seems that DOS doesn't know that serial devices can't always keep up. I would prefer email, due to the wide range of groups covered by this note. -- John Boteler bote@csense {uunet | ka3ovk}!media!csense!bote SkinnyDipper's Hotline: 703 241 BARE | VOICE only, Touch-Tone(TM) signalling
