Does anybody know the differences of OS/2 version 1.2 and the new
version 1.3 ?

I read 1.3 requires less memory/hardware. Is this the only change ?

Is using 1.3 always better than 1.2 ?

NOTE: I currently use OS/2 1.1 EE, and have to chose if I want to upgrade 
      to 1.2 or 1.3
