I recently had a brief look at IBM's OS/2 version 1.3.  Two
differences were the incorporation of Adobe Type Manager and the
inclusion of REXX in Standard Edition.  Other than that I can't say.
Rumor here has it to expect an announcement from IBM around the end
of the month.
