Does anyone know of a vender of an AT-bus A/D converter with onboard
memory and its own clock? 1 or more channels, 12 bit resolution,
50KHz or greater speed will do.  A Meg of onboard memory is probably
sufficient. 

We need to simultaneously digitize an electrical signal while another
board is hogging the bus doing DMA.
