Rutgers CAP don't need any Kinetics box : Unix host understand
Appletalk packets, without any encapsulation. It's a good
way to connect Mac and Unix, when Mac are directly on ethernet.

Bugs:
	Rutgers CAP (like all CAP programs) don't speak Phase 2
