Subject: Where can I find TCP/IP ?

I would like to know where I can find a public domain version of TCP/IP. I want
to install it on a Novell LAN which is using WD8003EBEthernet boards. I just
started reading this group and have seen pd packages mentioned but I don't know
where to get them. It would also have to have the SMTP protocol included since
I am working on a project to link the LAN to our MIPS and transfer mail
between the two machines.
