I think, Russ Nelson made a promise once for the next release, but I'm not sure. The UBNIC driver is indeed for the NIC/PC board, that's the one for the standard (ISA) boards and not for MicroChannel machines. But if you just want to use the CUTCP package and not other programs on top of a packet driver, there is a builtin driver for this adpater in CUTCP. A few months ago I have succesfully used this combination on a PS/2 model 80 with the then current version of CUTCP.
