I'm considering buying the GVP "Impact Series II SCSI Hard-Disk +
RAM-card", which puts up to 8 MB RAM (in SIMM modules) on the same card
as the drive (comes with Quantum 40-mb thru 205-mb I think). I'm
looking for a good report on this card and the best price. Anyone have
any suggestions? One company told me the SIMMs were $75 each per 1MB,
another told me they came only in 2MB modules at about $185 each.

Can anyone give me the "facts" on this card?

(e-mail would be appreciated, but not essential...)
