I bought a 68000 p12F and a 74F74 and tried them both on my Amiga 500 with Agnus 512K and a Revision 5 board. The 68k is supposedly 16MHZ. The leads from the flip flop to pin 15 (clock) on the 68k are/is about 1 inch. Then there is a lead to pin 34 of Agnus. When I try to run the thing in fast mode, the dark grey screen flicks, then Green comes up and stays up. What does this mean? Are we overdriving commands from Agnus? Should I use stranded wire? Is the clock getting mangled? One note: The red power led does flick twice as fast, which means the 68000 is going twice as fast. Anybody with info please write as soon as possible.
