When I try to run TeX it says that it is unable to find the default format file. If I try to give it a format file it says that it can't find it either. Do the format files have to be is a special location. What is the name of the default format file. I have also had a problem with dviprint. DVIprint can't find some 360dpi fonts and just prints numbers down the page. I have a Panasonic 1091 printer. Its Epson FX80 compatible and I read somewhere that DVIprint would work on this type of printer. Can someone help me. ---------------------------------------------------------+ Jonathan Swaby | Computer Instructional Specialist | Center for Computing Assistance College of Liberal Arts | Penn State University | ---------------------------------------------------------+
