Well they are list prices, but monitors and (for the IIsi) keyboards are extra!
I've always been mystified about the way that Apple unbundles machines (ONLY
$800 for Apple IIgs (monitor, disks, keyboard, enough memory extra $$)).

Still it does close up the $$ issue somewhat for the naive buyer on the
computer showroom floor...
