CVSD is an antiquated sound format that stores sampled sounds as a bitstream , where each bit represents an increment/decrement on the preceding value. It also does some strange things in order to handle rapidly changing signals. I have a CVSD sound sampler on a PC, but I need a much more sophisticated editing program ( hence the Amiga ), but without a conversion program, the PC will have to sample the sounds from the Amiga ( with a corresponding loss in sound quality due to re-sampling an already sampled sound ). The only other alternative would be to find & buy sound manipulation software for the PC. ANY information will be appreciated ! Thanks in advance. >>> Luigi Martin <<< lm@marvin.jpl.oz.au
