Hi...I think turrican is the first arcade game I've ever gotten addicted
to!  I've actually made it to level 4-2 with enough lives to tool 
around for a while.  But I can't find an exit!  Finding the one to 4-1
took a while but is still fairly linear.  Where is the exit to 4-2?
Also, Is there any way to neutralize that nasty "Killing Field" on the
"floor" of level 4?  one slip there and it's over for me.

in one area of this level?
