At exactly what point is the 14Mhz speed the problem? Is it when we are reading and writing to the CIA's? Or, do the CIA's use the E-clock for internal timing when the chip is not being accessed? Secondly, if E is used for internal timing once the processor is done with the CIA's, how important is the six-low four-high duty cycle? One last question (this time :) What data book would I find the 8520's in?
