I am wondering what sort of plans Commodore has for any new advertisements. I hope that they don't go with the TV ads the way they had them before, with "Stevie". I think what we need is an ad campaign that shows that this is a serious machine that can get your work done. Not only that, it can get it done better than any other machine. Why not show some sort of business setting, or an engineering setting, something to show off real-time animation, something to show nice 3D solid modeling, ray-tracing, etc. How about some ads with the Lowell board driving the graphics (that ought to make people look up, especially if it's running under WB 8-). In general, make people feel that this is THE machine to do your work on (whatever it may be). Also, there are several students at our campus that are going to go out and do as much for C= as we can. We are going to print up flyers and post them about the school, so we can let people know that this is an excellent machine at an excellent price.
